Fergus09MABUHAY AND WELCOME to Historic Philippines, we’re working hard to visit some of the Old, Historic Churches on Panay Island in the Philippines so that we can tell you their stories.

We’ve  concentrated our efforts on  lesser known churches in smaller towns and villages which in many ways can be just as interesting and  as  beautiful as their more famous big city counterparts.

We are preparing a series of  .pdf e-books which you will be able to buy for you to enjoy yourselves or to give to friends and relatives to remind them of the cultural jewels and treasures we have so close to home. Volume 4 is now in production and additional chapters of the new volumes will become available periodically over the next weeks and months . Finally, we have prepared a Visita Iglesias for those who want to make their traditional visits to 7 different churches and do the Way of the Cross during their devotions for Holy Week,  in particular on Holy Thursday and Good Friday. Our Church Visit presentation is made available to you as a free download and  free of charge. If you want to share it with friends and relatives just give them our web address which is www.historicphilippines.com so that they can download it themselves.
