Mabuhay and welcome to HistoricPhilippines.Com the home of the historic, old churches of the Philippines Islands, particularly those located on the Island of Panay in the south central Philippines. This region was the cradle of Christianity in the Philippines. It is where the Spanish Galleons travelling from Mexico landed on their voyages of exploration. The explorers, Magellan, Legaspi and others were accompanied primarily by Augustinian Friars, but also by Jesuits or Dominican Friars whose task it was to evangelize the inhabitants of the islands. The Philippines have a fascinating ecclesiastical history and we try to look into it and bring you their stories, however brief they may be. We hope you will enjoy your visit with us and the work we do for you!
Salamat!

Hi Senor Frog,
Dave D. (PhilippinePlus) suggested I contact you regarding transporting pets to the RP as he says you know the ropes. Can you provide me any resources or advice on bringing our four cats with us. We checked on a company that would provide the entire service but they wanted like $7,000. That’s more than we would want to spend. Any advice you can provide will be appreciated.
